This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sahayak Khazanchi P.S. Case No.208 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2)/ 126(2) / 115(2) / 109 / 303(2) / 329(3) /352 / 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is accused of causing injury to the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2025.

Considering entire facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
