To issue writ in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondents to grant Seniority with all consequential benefits i.e. Pay Scale, allowances and other emoluments like 483 Secretariat Assistants who were employed in the Year 1995 pursuant to the Advertisement No. 1/93 on the ground that the petitioner is also part and parcel of Advertisement No. 1/93 employed as Secretariat Assistant in the year 2004 itself although Vacancy of 483+241 724 was already

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
