JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 31-08-2017 This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for extension of time to surrender before the learned lower Court.
It is submitted that after passing of the order dated 14.06.2017 in Cr. Misc. No.18119 of 2017 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the ankle of the petitioner was fractured. It was plastered on 26.06.2017 and the plaster was cut on 29.07.2017. Due to this, the petitioner could not surrender before the learned lower Court within the stipulated period. In view of the above circumstance, the period of surrender is extended for four weeks from today and the order dated 14.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.18119 of 2017 is modified to that extent only.
