In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has earlier moved before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 60749 of 2019 and this Court, vide order dated 20.11.2019, rejected the same with the liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year of judicial custody.

As has been stated in the petition that the petitioner is in jail custody since 01.07.2019.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner, above

No.23282 of 2020(2) dt.04-09-2020 2/2 named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Arwal in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court. The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
