The petitioners claim that their lands are not being demarcated by the authorities.
The respondents have stated in the counter affidavit that in the garb of demarcation, the petitioners are trying to get delivery of possession from the respondents who have no jurisdiction for the said claim.
The petitioners' counsel, therefore, submits that if the
Patna High Court CWJC No.11953 of 2015(15) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 Circle Officer, Khagaria takes steps for demarcation, no such demand will be made or disturbance will be created. In view thereof, the petitioners may approach the concerned authorities and get their lands demarcated accordingly.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
