The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 13731 of 2009, which stood dismissed due to part non-compliance of order dated 23-08-2010. In view of facts and circumstances and facts disclosed in the petition, same is allowed.

Let C.W.J.C. No. 13731 of 2009 be restored to its original file.

It is made clear that if within a period of four weeks from today order dated 23-08-2010 passed on I.A. No. 2861 of 2010 in C.W.J.C. No. 13731 of 2009 is not complied with, the writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 13731 of 2009 shall stand dismissed
