Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for a similar relief which was disposed of permitting the petitioner to ventilate the grievance before the District Magistrate. Upon ventilation of grievance, the District Magistrate considered the case and passed a detailed order dated 04.07.2013 which has now been challenged in this writ petition.

After having made submissions at some length, Mr.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4926 of 2014 (2) dt.03-10-2016 2/2 Yadav sought permission of the Court to withdraw the application enabling the petitioner to ventilate his grievance before the appropriate forum/authority in accordance with law. The application, as prayed, is permitted to be withdrawn.
