JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 The writ petition filed by the petitioner is not only vague but misconceived too. It appears that the petitioner wants erection of a boundary wall under police protection. The issue of right, title and possession cannot be adjudicated in a writ proceeding.
