JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506, 379 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that a phone call was made to the Junior Electrical Engineer giving threatening for not providing electrical supply in that area thereafter one accused Raju Kumar came along with 4-5 persons ransacked the office and also assaulted the S.B.O.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. except the mobile belonging to the petitioner from which the call is said to be made

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37581 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 2/2 there is no other allegation against him. One Raju Kumar named F.I.R. accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No.32239 of 2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Subodh Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No.76 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
