In view of the fact that the petitioner has now deposited rupees one lakh vide demand draft No. 221493/2017 in the Muthoot Finance Limited on 14.07.2017 for which a receipt has been duly issued on 31.07.2017 which demonstrates the bonafide of the petitioner, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 133/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
