The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S.Case No. 92 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons by forming an unlawful assembly attacked on the shop of the informant, assaulted him with sword and took away cash and ornaments from the shop and that the petitioner is accused in at least two other cases, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
