2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the records it appears that the deceased committed suicide and one month after the occurrence, a complaint case was filed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2025 and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25919 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Benipatti, Madhubani/concerned Court below in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023.
