2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bankey Bazar P.S. Case No. 110 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 15(C), 18, 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.

3. The petitioner is the driver of the vehicle from which 108 kg of Doda has been recovered.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2024.

5. Considering the huge recovery of Doda, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
