2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 28002 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is neither the assailant of the deceased nor of the wife of the informant. He has further submitted that it has been mentioned that the petitioner inflicted an iron rod blow on the head of the wife of the informant. The petitioner is under custody since 30.10.2023.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like
