The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bahera P.S. case No. 270 of 2015 under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named five persons and alleged that they all came, having armed with different weapons, and began to abuse the informant. On the order of Lakhan Das, petitioner, Mangnu Das, is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Farsa on his head.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are of the same family. On account of some dispute quarrelling took place. The informant got simple injuries.

No.39928 of 2016 (2) dt.20-09-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, Darbhanga in Bahera P.S.
