JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-01-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of the first information report of Kathaiya P. S. Case No. 59 of 2014 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 read with 34 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations made in the FIR do attract the ingredients of a cognizance offence. Moreover, it is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on completion of investigation, the police have already submitted charge-sheet and on perusal of the charge-sheet, the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of the offence.

In that view of the matter, I see no merit in this application. It is dismissed, accordingly.
