Limited issue raised in the writ petition is that along with the show cause, a copy of the enquiry report was not supplied to the petitioner and cancellation order was passed. On a query being put to the learned State counsel about the aforesaid contention, no clear answer is forthcoming. Under the circumstances, we hereby propose to remit the matter to the same authority to issue fresh show cause along with a copy of the enquiry report. Thus, the impugned order is hereby set aside.
