For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of CERTIORARI to quash the order dated 20.06.2021 (Annexure-P/2(a)), passed by the respondent no. 4 in Case No. 01/202122, by which he has recommended to issue PDS license in favour of Respondent No. 7 on compassionate ground, based on fictitious report submitted by the respondent no. 5.

For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS to command the respondent authority concerned not to supply foodgrain to the Respondent No. 7, who has illegally obtained PDS license for ward no. 5, Panchayat-Mohani, BlockNanpur, District- Sitamadhi." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi for the purposes of assailing the order dated 20.06.2021, passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Pupari, Sitamarhi. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
