JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2015 The petitioner submits that he holds license for public distribution shop bearing license no. 53/2007. He submits that though he has deposited Demand Draft for a sum of Rs. 2,468/- and Rs. 28010/-, he has not been supplied the requisite paid articles for supply to the consumers. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier, he filed representation before the licensing authority but since no action was taken by him, he has also filed a representation before the Collector. Having regard to the facts of the case if petitioner files a fresh representation before the licensing authority, he will dispose of petitioner's application by a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt /production of copy of this order.
Application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
