====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 23-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 8 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 323, 324, 341, 342, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is a direction allegation made against this petitioner to have caused injury by knife.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is only a reputed person in his family, doing job in New Delhi as Engineer, having no criminal antecedent. The other co-accused has also been granted bail by the court below vide B.P.No.120 of 2019 dated 05.03.2019.

No.26172 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail then the court below, on the inference, will examine the case of the petitioner and preferably take decision in accordance with law. The order of court below supplied by the petitioner is being kept on record.
