For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction commanding the respondents to make the honorarium from 09.08.2017 to 30.10.2019 and 01.08.2020 to till date to the petitioner for the work done at the Anganbari Kendra Karra No. 78 in the Panchayat Mohanpur, Block Lakshmipur, District-Jamui as a Sahayaka."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7252 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2023 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
