2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2) and 96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to be in a relationship with the minor victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2025.

5. Considering the statement of the victim girl and the materials available on record, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025.
