JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 699 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 436 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on account of suspicion. Allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. During investigation, witnesses have stated that this petitioner did not put fire upon the house in question. Police after investigation submitted charge-sheet finding the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged occurrence to be false. Petitioner is a Public Servant having no criminal antecedent.
