JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-09-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this modification application has been filed for modification of order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7489 of 2020 by which the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail with a direction to surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of order in connection with Katihar Nagar P.S. Case No. 638 of 2019 to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.IIcum-Special Judge, Excise, Katihar. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that due to unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of the petitioner he could not surrender within the period fixed by this Court.

Let the petitioner surrender before the court below within next three weeks from today and be released on bail in terms of order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7489 of 2020.
