2. The present modification application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 23.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89620 of 2025, limited to the extent of the amount directed to be deposited as donation.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are poor persons and are unable to arrange the amount required for compliance with the condition imposed by order dated 23.12.2025. It is, therefore, prayed that the said order be modified by reducing the donation amount from Rs. 25,000/- each to Rs. 10,000/- each.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioners, the present modification application is allowed.
5. Accordingly, the condition imposed in paragraph no. 8 of the order dated 23.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89620 of 2025 stands modified to the extent that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- each with Ramkrishna Mission Ashrama, Nala Road, Patna, and produce the receipt thereof before the court below. The bail bonds of the petitioners shall be accepted only after verification of the genuineness of the receipts produced by them.
