JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioners in the present writ application.

" 1. That this writ petition is being filed against the selection of respondent no. 10 as Volunteer of Talimi Markaj Muslim Makhtab who has been selected on the post in complete breach of the guidelines

Patna High Court CWJC No.4813 of 2014 (2) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 issued by the State Government in this regard and she is minor and further for a direction to grant selection letter to the petitioners who were already selected vide resolution of the Selection Committee dated 25.07.2011, but they have illegally been restrained from discharging their duties as Volunteer of the Talimi Markaj."

Considering the reliefs as sought for by the petitioners in the present writ application, the petitioners are directed to file a representation before the respondent no. 6, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani, who shall consider the representation of the petitioners and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of making such representation.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
