Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1304 of 2015 (2) dt.30-03-2016 2 / 2 seeks quashing of the first information report of Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2015 dated 12.04.2015 registered under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to agitate all the points available to the petitioner by filing a separate application in case an adverse police report is submitted under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure after completion of investigation by the investigating officer of the case.

Leave is granted.
