The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Cheria Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016 registered under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that her daughter had gone to attend the tuition on 7.7.2016 at Fundamental coaching centre Manjhaul but she did not come back. During search the informant came to know that Raja Paswan, the grand son of Sagar Paswan had kidnapped her daughter for the purpose of marriage. It is submitted that the victim girl has given her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. before the police and disclosed that she voluntarily went along with Raja Paswan and others. The victim

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46567 of 2016 (2) dt.01-12-2016 did not make any allegation against the petitioners and they have falsely been implicated in the present case.

Considering the above facts, let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul in connection with Cheria Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
