JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 169 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 17.07.2021.

Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that petitioner has clean antecedent, his period of custody, this application is allowed.
