The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ballia P. S. Case No. 30 of 2017 instituted under Sections 324, 326, 307 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The allegation, in brief, is that while the informant was constructing his house, accused persons turned up there and the petitioner is said to have shot at him causing firearm injury on the chest.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant has had inimity with some other person also and may have been shot at by some other person.
