ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No.11 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he attacked the informant with rod and lathi and as a result of which, he sustained serious injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the injuries purported to have been inflicted on the informant have been found to be simple in nature.

No.16374 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has got a clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Tarapur P.S.
