This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 32, 332, 353, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is 70 years old person. The informant is the grand daughter of the petitioner. There is no chance that the petitioner will abscond. Though the son of the petitioner is said to have assaulted informant but there is no injury report on record.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Barh, DistrictPatna, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
