The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No.3910(c) of 2015 for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioners registered under Sections 323, 341, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that the petitioner and others came to his house on 22.11.2015 and assaulted the complainant and other family members. They took away different articles. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 is father-in-law of the complainant. The daughter

No.5258 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 of petitioner No.1 is married to the complainant but the complainant and his family members subjected her to different sorts of torture and drove her out from the house. The wife of the complainant lodged a case and thereafter the complainant filed this case making false allegation.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, who are father-in-law and brothers-in-law, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-cumA.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.3910(c) of 2015 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
