JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-09-2020 The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner with limited grievance that in the examination of the Advocate on Record, the petitioner obtained highest marks. He should have been shown at sl. 1 but he was wrongly shown at sl. No.29.

This factual aspect cannot be decided in the present proceeding. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to represent the Registrar General, Patna High Court who is required to verify the record and if it is found that the petitioner has scored highest marks in the examination of advocate on record held on 15&16.2.2020, the merit list should be modified

Patna High Court CWJC No.7241 of 2020(2) dt.10-09-2020 2/2 and corrected and the petitioner should be declared at sl. No.1 in the merit list.

The aforesaid corrective measure may be taken after verification of the record at the earliest, preferably within a period of one month from the date of filing of representation alongwith a copy of this order.
