JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 21.8.2012 passed by the Teacher's Appointment Appellate Tribunal, Madhubani dismissing her appeal.

The petitioner along with others applied for appointment as Panchayat teacher in Dhanchhiha Panchayat under Launkhi Block in the district of Madhubani. There were nine posts and the name of the petitioner figured at Sl. No.6. Initially there was some problem with respect to joining. However, the petitioner's joining was subsequently accepted on 30.12.2010. Later on she was restrained from making attendance and taking classes. Being aggrieved, the petitioner filed an appeal before the Teacher's Appellate Tribunal, Madhubani vide Case No.904/08/011. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the joining of two other teachers were also accepted belatedly. One of such teachers namely Ram Bilas Mandal moved this Court in C.W.J.C.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6636 of 2014 (2) dt.27-01-2016 No.13297 of 2013 and this Court by order dated 15.7.2013 directed the Tribunal to reconsider the matter within a period of four months.

As the case of the petitioner is broadly on the same footing, this writ application too is disposed of in terms of order dated 15.7.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No.13297 of 2013. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) KHAN/- U
