2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 504, 506 and 307 of Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have given "tangi" blow on the head of the informant due to which informant sustained grievous injury .

4. Considering the nature of injury and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
