JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.43 of 2017 registered under Sections 376D, 420, 114 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the criminal antecedent of the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, their application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5665 of 2018 (2) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 any manner by this order.
