2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondents to for payment of salary/honorarium to the petitioner from 15.05.2023 to 30.12.2007 and for giving seniority to the petitioner from the date of his initial appointment i.e. 15.05.2003 in place of 31.12.2007 and for grant of all consequential benefits.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to raise his

4. In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Siwan (Respondent No. 4) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of six weeks from today.

5. In the event the petitioner files his representation within the stipulated period, the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Siwan (Respondent No. 4) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of ten weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
