1. No one appears on behalf of petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents is present.

2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief/s:- " For quashing the order dated 12.3.2015 contained in memo no. 1883/86 passed by the Chairman, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna (Respondent no. 2) whereby approval of appointment of the petitioner containing in letter no. 3718 of 2021 dated 20.07.2012 of Bihar State Madarsa Education Board regarding Madarsa no. 759 namely,

Patna High Court CWJC No.18146 of 2015(3) dt.16-02-2024 2/2 Madarsa Faizul-uloom Sagauli, East Champaran has been withdrawn and directed to publish advertisement for a fresh appointment of Moulvi in daily news paper viz. Qaumc Tanzim and Rashtriya Sahara (Annexure- 7).

11) For restraining the Respondent from publishing advertisement for a fresh appointment of Maulvi in the aforesaid Madarsa in place of the post of the petitioner on which he is discharging the duty of Maulvi properly during the pendency of this writ application.

iii) For directing the concerned respondent not to make any hindrance in performing the duties of the petitioner as Maulvi in the aforesaid Madarsa.

iv) For directing the respondents not to enforce the impugned order till the disposal of this writ application of the petitioner.

v) For issuance of order/orders, direction/directions as your Lordships deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case of the petitioner."

3. No one appeared for the petitioner on 13.2.2024 also.

4. The case is dismissed for non-prosecution. (Partha Sarthy, J) Harsh/- U
