Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354(b), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Rajoun P.S.Case No. 256 of 2020.

As per allegation, the present petitioner and coaccused Dilsagar and Saudagar entered into the house of the informant in drunken condition and they started teasing the female members. Specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the grand-mother of the informant and fractured her hand.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the informant and his family members had kidnapped the daughter of the present petitioner and after kidnapping they made video clip of her and made it viral. In this respect,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33578 of 2021(2) dt.04-04-2022 2/2 Complaint Case No. 663 of 2020 has been filed by the present petitioner and to save their skin from that case, they falsely implicated the petitioner and his family members. He has also submitted that no fracture injury has been found on the person of the grand-mother of the informant.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka in connection with Rajoin P.S.Case No. 256 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
