JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-08-2025 By filing bench slip dated 21.7.2025, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that facts mentioned in computer copy of previous order dated 24.6.2025 is mismatch with facts mentioned in hard copy of the said order, kept on the record of the Court.
2. I find substance in the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner. Since, hard copy of said order, which is kept on the record of the case, does not have any error, no correction is required in the office copy of this case. However, following correction is made in computer copy of order dated 24.6.2025:-
3. Let mentioning of penal sections in paragraph 2 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29037 of 2024(5) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 computer copy of order dated 24.6.2025 be read as section 498A of the IPC and sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. In paragraph 3 thereof, date of terms of settlement and mediator's report be read as 18.3.2025 and 19.3.2025 respectively. Description of court and case number, mentioned in paragraph 5 of computer copy of order dated 24.6.2025 be read as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Forbesganj Police Station Case No. 117 of 2020 in place of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 4922C of 2019.
4. Period of surrender of the petitioner is extended by further six weeks from today.
5. Computer copy of order dated 24.6.2025 is corrected to this extent.
