1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier moved this court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 35852 of 2025 and the same came to be rejected by an order dated 12.08.2025 passed by the then learned Co-ordinate Bench. It is also submitted that it is a case of dowry death and the petitioner is the husband.

3. The learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

4. The Court has perused the order dated 12.08.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 35852 of 2025 as such, does not find any new grounds for considering the bail application of the petitioner.

5. Hence, the prayer for bail in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 904 of 2024 pending in the Court of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27940 of 2026(2) dt.14-05-2026 2/2 Learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Rohtas at Sasaram is rejected.
