No. 12791 of 2022. The same has been complied to that effect and order has been passed on 28.03.2024 in so far as installation of GPRS light, Nal-Jal and PCC Road. These things were stated to have been

Patna High Court MJC No.1092 of 2023 dt.20-04-2024 2/2 installed in Ward No. 11. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner is disputing to the extent that on both the ways GPRS light have not been installed.

2. On the other hand, we have perused his representation. In the representation, he has not pleaded that lights were required to be installed on both the ways, and therefore, there is compliance to the Orders of this Court. That apart, providing infrastructure are policy matters.

3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. No. 1092 of 2023 / contempt petition stands dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority in respect of any other issue.
