JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 21-12-2015 Heard Radha Mohan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 8 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners with reference to the allegations submits that the complaint of the informant is that on the assurance of a better job and at a higher salary that they were persuaded to go to Dubai by these petitioners but they were given a very low salary, resulting in a case filed in the Labour Court at Dubai followed by returned to India. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

(1) Md. Hussain @ Bechan, (2) Md. Ibran @ Md. Abrar Alam and

(3) Intkal Alam @ Intkhab Alam in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon each of them furnishing individual bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jhanjharpur in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 8 of 2015 subject to the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
