JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant specifically stated in her fardbeyan that it was petitioner, who brought Kerosene oil and ordered others to kill her and also sprinkled kerosene oil on her person. Admittedly, after institution of the present case, the informant died and, therefore, her statement became her dying declaration.

Earlier, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2869 of 2015 and, again, I do not find any fresh ground to consider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and, hence, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Mitnanpura P.S.Case No. 113 of 2014, pending in the Court
