The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No.250 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, being a staff of the College, is said to have taken a mobile phone which is lying in a motorcycle within the college campus and handed it over to the Principal of the College. But only because there were differences between the Principal of the College and the present petitioner, that the present FIR has been lodged. It is further submitted that the actual owner of the

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No.250 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
