Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing torture and caused death of the victim due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and disappeared the dead body of the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the allegation as alleged in the F.IR. is false and fabricated and the petitioner has no role at all in the present occurrence. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26701 of 2022(7) dt.23-02-2023 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner has disposed the dead body of the deceased without informing the parental family member of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 26 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Dist- Patna. Prayer is refused.
