The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to the F.I.R., fake cheques, said to be of the account of the informant was produced in the Bank, where the petitioners are holding the posts of Senior Manager and Manager, respectively. The cheques were cleared and after complaint, the money has been refunded to the account of the informant, as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Submission is that this is a case of bonafide mistake and not intentional.

No.3793 of 2017 (2) dt.17-02-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada/ Successor Court in connection with Town P.S.Case No. 465 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
