In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 341, 307, 379, 447, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is a direct allegation against the petitioner of causing assault on the head by Farsa.

Looking to the specific allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
