The present modification application has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner to modify the order dated 21.04.2022 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.4771 of 2021, submitting that in paragraph-5 of the aforesaid order it has been stated that appellant has four criminal antecedents, namely, Bhargama P.S. Case No.167 of 2021, Murliganj P.S. Case No.271 of 2017, Bhargama P.S. Case No.336 of 2018 and Bhargama P.S. Case No.326 of 2018 but due to mistake Bhargama P.S. Case No.336 of 2018 has wrongly been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25539 of 2022(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 mentioned in place of Bhargama P.S. Case No.18 of 2017 in the main petition of Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.47471 of 2021. Let the order dated 21.04.2022 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.4771 of 2021 is modified to the extent that in paragraph-5 of the order Bhargama P.S. Case No.336 of 2018 be read as Bhargama P.S. Case No.18 of 2017.

Rest of the order shall remain intact.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
